He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Charles H. Mullen; and his brother-in-law Charles Thrash. He is survived by: his mother Marie Fisher Mullen of Harrisville; his wife Darlene Moore Mullen; his children, Charles Craig Mullen (Jenny) of Harrisville and Jill Renae Bumgarner (Jacob) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Caroline Elizabeth, Charles Anthony Mullen, Adelyn Grace, Lylah Kate and Levi Charles Bumgarner; his siblings, Rebecca Griffith (Roy) of Harrisville and Doug Mullen (Vickie) of Pensacola, FL; and his sister-in-law Pat Thrash-Ward (Jim) of Williamstown, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
