He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ogden and Margaret Ogden. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Ogden; his children, Andrew (Jennifer), Cynthia, Douglas (Sharon) and Matthew (Laura); and his grandchildren, Holly, Amy, Adam, Lydia, Stephanie, James, Lily and Nathan.
