He is survived by: his parents, George Courtney and Margaret Courtney (Keltz) of Harpers Ferry, WV.; his close friend Roscoe; his siblings, Ashlyn Anne Rosetta Courtney of Harpers Ferry and George "Bubba" Courtney, II (Kara) of Charles Town; and his close friend Dana Clutter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
