He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carolyn Jenkins and William Brice; and his great-grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy O'Neill. He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Curtis and David Curtis; his sister Haley Curtis; his grandparents, Gene and Peggy Curtis; and his stepgrandfather R. Neil Jenkins.
