He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Moses Dillow and Anna Lillian Piper Dillow; and his brother Glenn Allen Dillow. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Tyler Burlett, Jacky Cox and Jessica Burral; his brother Ronnie Dillow (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Paigreanna, Laileanna, Alianna (Nazir) and Keith Jones (Roy Benjamin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
