The memory of Melinda Louise Davis of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Parker and Ethel Butler Parker; her granddaughter Sydney Seabolt; and her siblings, Kathleen Parker, Harry and Johny Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Randy; her children, Emily Walker, Scott Walker and Jim Davis (Amy); and her grandsons, Trevor of Jenna, RJ and Scotty.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
