She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ott and Velma Ott; her husband Gerald Harper, Sr.; and her sister Eleanor Wines. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald, Harper, Jr. and Patrick Harper; her siblings, Nancy Palmer, Sharon Dockney, Darlene Ott and Rodney Ott; and her grandchildren, Zackery, Tyler, Olivia, Zackary, Ethan, Jasmine and Gabrielle.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
