He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Burton Jenkins and Lelia Fincham; and his son-in-law Ralph Stile. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Carter Jenkins; and his children, Keith White (Lois Weller), Kymberly Stile, Tracy (Earl Cogle, Jr.) and Jodi Beamer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
