He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Richardson Smith and Barbara Ann Smith (Carr). He is survived by: his wife Carreen Smith (Gibson); his daughters, Acasha Smith of Harpers Ferry and Mariah Smith (Brandon Dayhoff) of Harpers Ferry; his godson Jansen Carr; his granddaughter Annalise Cooke of Harpers Ferry; his siblings, Constance Smith of Brea, CA and Bruce Smith of Las Vegas, NV; and his friends, Howard "Tink" Throckmartin and Billy Jones. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
