She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Wiley and Sally Cave Wiley; her former husband Ronald W. Fraley, Sr.; her sons, Wayne, Charles and Earl; her brother Roger Wiley; her granddaughter Angel Longerbeam; her great grandchild Ryder Longerbeam; and her son-in-law James Hough.
She is survived by: her husband Robert G. "Bobby"; and her children, Sandy Milton (Ronald), Teresa Starkey, Kelly Longerbeam (Kyle), Shelly Hough (Mark), Sherri Manes (Kevin), Steve (Chrissy) and Dustin (Katie). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
