She was predeceased by: her parents, John Christian Jessen and Mary Adlaid Orem Jessen; her husband James Franklin Lee; and her siblings, Junior, Tommy, Billy, Vernon, Randy, Charles Jessen, Johanna Barnes and Mary Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Tommy Lee of Baltimore, Delores Welding (Daniel) of Harpers Ferry and Virginia Lee of Gaithersburg; her sisters, Dorothy Ridgely of Baltimore and Beverly Purcell of Hedgesville; and her grandchildren, Noel Turek and Bella Lee.
