He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Horace Moore and Gertrude Mae Saffard; and his sisters, Barbara June Knickle and Judy May June. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Groce Moore; and his children, Wayne Moore (Renee) of Harpers Ferry, Gordon Moore of Leesburg and Kathy Nigh (Rick) of Sterling, Virginia. He is also survived by five grandsons.
