She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno Hetzel and Etta Hetzel (Gen); her husband Lloyd "Bull Neck" Waters; and her siblings, Harold "Tom" Hetzel and Dorothy Resseger.
She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd "Pete" Waters (late Sheila) and Ronny "Roc" Waters (late Faye); her grandchildren, Amy K. Waters-Parasiliti and Bob; and also, Rhonda Stover, Dan, Kara, Ryan, Buck Waters, Jill, Rylee, Landon and Kiersten Minter (Andrew).
