He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Warren Jenkins; his wife Violet "Dean"; his siblings, Elmer, Arnold, Lester, Donald, Emory, Melvin, Kenneth and Viola Jackson; and his granddaughters, Erica Lynn McGraw and Amanda Marie Jenkins.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Whitmer (Jerry) of Shenandoah Junction; his children, Donna Mae Piper (Dave) of Harpers Ferry, Brien Miller Jenkins (Twila) of Charles Town, Christopher Ray Jenkins (Zena) of Niceville and Norma Kay McGraw (Farren) of Charles Town; his grandchildren, Angela Ashbaugh, Michael Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins, Brenton McGraw, Wesley Jenkins and Taylor Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Nikki Robbins, Joey David Ashbaugh, Austin Jenkins, Callie Jenkins, Brooke, Ryan Jenkins, Gavin and Coulson McGraw; and his great great grandchildren, Thomas, Amelia, Hilda and Luna Robbins.
