Gail Jackson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Jackson of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Edward Orrison and Frances Lucille Cooper Orrison; her husband Marvin Jackson, Sr.; her sons, Marvin "Buzz" Jackson, Jr. and Timothy Jackson; her grandson Richard Nelson, Jr.; and her siblings, Freddie Orrison, Patsy Cox, Shirley Sipe, Bell Ann Parson and Donnie Orrison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bessie Nelson and Mara Clauson (Kent); her grandchildren, Haley Salas, David, Marvin Jackson, Dennis Jackson, Raeann, Mallary Skubbon, Micah, Darin Clauson, Katherine Clauson, Timothy Jackson, Tyler Cotton, Kerstain and Chloe Jackson; her great grandchildren, Richie Nelson, III, Malachi Nelson, Parker Salas, Xander Jackson, Denver Skubbon, Oliver Skubbon, Levi Cotton, Owen Cotton and Carter Cotton; and her aunt Barbara Cooper.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A rosary was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (49 Crosswinds Dr, Charles Town, WV 25425).
