He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Slusher and Helen Slusher; his wife Sherri; his children, Bruce Slusher (Laura), Patrick Browning and Emily Browning; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Leah Slusher; his siblings, Cindy Slusher and Greg; and his pet Levi.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to the animal shelter of one's choosing or efforts to end homelessness.
