He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman White and Rosa Smith White; his wife Cecelia; his sons, Roger, Donald, Jeffery White Sr. and Terry Cogle; and his siblings, Esther Rinker, Kenneth, Warren, Andrew "Butch", Harry "Doc", Coley, Russell "Russ", Bobby and David.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Libby" Casteel (Robert) of Harpers Ferry, Faith Jackson (Roy) of Harpers Ferry, Donnie Layton and Dennis White (Holly) of Harpers Ferry; his grandchildren, Sheryl, Bobby, Jeffery Jr., Dennis, Collin, Payton, Nicole, Paige and Patrick; his siblings, Ursula McDonald (Jim) and Norman "Newt" White Jr. (Vickie); his daughters-in-law, Pamela White and Lora McKenzie; his pet Snowball; and his close friend Ethel Shaw. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
