Lewis; his daughter Lisa Marie Turner (Richard); his siblings, Ernest Bernard Lewis (Phyllis) of Tennessee, Robert Eugene Lewis (Patricia) of Frederick, MD, Leanah Marie Mills (Calvin) of Martinsburg, WV and Jeanette Irene Martin of Middletown, MD; his grandchildren, Danielle N. Bast, Erika Lee Bast and Chance C. Bast; his great grandchildren, MacKenzie L. Painter, Maverick V. Painter and Zaina Bast; his friends, Victor and Kayla Miller; and his close friend Dede. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
