She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lovett Pugh and Lillian I. Dunlap Pugh; and her siblings, Theodore, Douglas, Warner, Ernie Pugh, Judy Pugh, Glenna Wamsley, Sharon Legg, Karen Crites, Betty Kirby, Shirley Gray and Deanna DeHaven.
She is survived by: her son Mark A. Miller (Patsy) of Harpers Ferry, WV; and her siblings, Robert Pugh (Linda) of Winchester, VA and Bonnie Purtllebaugh of Winchester, VA.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shenandoah Memorial Park Chapel (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
