He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Dillow and Dorothy Augusta Dillow (Painter); his wife Rose Mary Dillow; his son Gary Dillow; and his siblings, Thomas Lee and Rhoda Dillow.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Dillow (Patty), Michael Dillow, Debbie Banks (Marvin), Annie Penwell (Gary) and Kathy Dillow (Greg); and his siblings, Victor Dillow, Rosie Dillow, Betty Stillions and Sueann Jenkins. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
