He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Stevens, Sr. and Della Mae Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Della Mae Stevens; his granddaughter Allana Marie Blackwell (Cynthia Lee Stevens); his sister Connie Mae Stevens; and his nephew Kyle Andrew McMullan.
