She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Allen Holton and Betty Jane Kocher Holton; her husband Donald Anthony Hildebrand; her stepsons, Jarred Anthony Bailey and William Hildebrand; and her sister Patricia Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, James Melvin Robey, Jr. of Bumpass, Richard Lewis Robey (Wendy) of Bumpass, Cory Thor Collins (Breahna Kackley) of Harpers Ferry and Courtney Lee Sweeney (Joshua Ott) of Harpers Ferry; her stepchildren, Donald "DJ" Hildebrand of Brunswick, Maryland and Jessica Michele Hildebrand of Martinsburg; her siblings, Richard Holton (Arnette) of Cianciana, Italy and Elizabeth Sligh (Daniel) of Wesley Chapel; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Emma, Jackson, Alexis, Tiffany, Victoria, Kristen and Christopher; and her close friend Clark Miller of Harpers Ferry.
