He is survived by: his daughters, Carly Erin Bolyard of Frederick, MD and Jerika Rein Bolyard of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, John W. Bolyard, David A. Bolyard and Ronetta S. Wixson of Frederick, MD; his nephew Michael Baer, II of Purcellville, VA; and his brother-in-law Thomas A. Wixson.
