He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Keith Hoffman and Janet Lee Brown Hoffman; his daughter Jennifer Hoffman; and his grandparents, Rev. Arnold D., Laura Hoffman, John W. and Anna Mae Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughter Valerie Hoffman-Franklin of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Cody Butts, Jocelyn Franklin, Serena Franklin and Nick Franklin; his sisters, Donna Myers (Mel) and Christine Gray (Joe); and his nephews, Daryl and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bolivar Pentecostal Church, 87 Old Taylor Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
