She was predeceased by: her father Marshall Cleveland Palmer. She is survived by: her mother Judith Mae Palmer; her children, James Palmer (Amanda) and Heather Sell (Donta); her grandchildren, Tyson, Camden, Arianna, Kaliyah, Kobe and Tayla; and her siblings, Marshall Palmer, Jr., Sheila, Kimberly Smith, Mike, Marsha Palmer and Lewis. She is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425).
