She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldridge Staubs and Mary Rodgers Staubs; her husband Clyde "Monty" Cook, Sr.; and her brothers, Paul "Soapy" Staubs and Kenny Staubs, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Karen D'Angelo (Jeff) of Bolivar, WV, Judy Hammock (Jesse) of Ranson, WV and Clyde Cook, Jr. (Alice) of Bolivar, WV; her grandchildren, Brian Cook (Kim), Randy D'Angelo (Chris), Kevin D'Angelo (Morgan) and Brandy Fravel (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Kimiya, Blake Cook and Hudson Fravel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
