He is survived by: his siblings, David Wayne Weller (Shirley) of Harpers Ferry, Lynn Fitzwater of Charles Town, Cindy Marie Chaney (Ronald Chaney) of Harpers Ferry and Penny Diane Combs of Harpers Ferry; his nephews, Ronald Chaney, Jr., Acia Weller and Jason Weller; and his niece Casey Combs. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
