She was predeceased by: her parents, James McDowell and Georgia Wheeler McDowell Clyburn. She is survived by: her daughter Amber Milam of Beckley; her sister Diana Brewer (Richard) of Lincolnton, NC; her close friend Alicia Terry of Beckley; her nieces, Kristi Seeber (Seth) of Lincolnton, NC and Meredith Gebhart (Paul) of Huntersville, NC; and her pets, Eevee, Serena and Missy.
