She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Mullenax and Letha Eye Mullenax; her daughter Kimberly Dawn Thompson; her nephew Richard Mullenax; her niece Pamela Scarmozzi; her siblings, Wanda Lee Vance, Bonnie Swecker, Nelda Smith, Victor and Girard Mullenax; and her nephew Eddie Surguy.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde J. Thompson; her children, Anthony Thompson (Samantha) of Parsons, WV and Tracy Thompson of Harman; her siblings, Roger Mullenax (Jonnie) of Elkins, Clifford Mullenax of Montorse, WV, Thelma Vance of Elkins, Eleanor Arbogast (Mike) of Harman, Irene McDuffy of Akron, OH and Jean Nelson of Toledo, OH.; her grandchildren, Nicole Wilson, Alexis, Danielle and Toni Thompson; her great grandchildren, Liam, Addison Nicholson and Karsen Crudup; and her siblings-in-law, Don Smith of Harman, Vivian Mullenax of Akron, OH., Pete Swecker, Pete McDuffy, Douglas Nelson, Tommy, Bill Vance and Charlotte Mullenax.
