She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Teter and Sarah Pallie Harper Teter; her husband Chester T. Roy of Harman; and her siblings, Brook, Delmer, Guy, Carl Teter, Mabel "Doll" Harman, Mamie Teter, Cleda Teter, Zernie Teter, Joy Hedrick and Louise Kimble.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Chester Roy (Peggy) of Harrisonburg and Grace Ellen Roy of Elkins.
