He is survived by: his children, Lutricia Frances Tampa Fields (Keith) of Arlington, VA, Joanna Valerie Tampa Bass (Camden) of Scott Depot and Daniel Charles Tampa (Hahn) of Hansford; his grandchildren, Julianna Lee, Ty Gordon, Julian Francis, Joseph Tampa and Addison Ruby; and his siblings, Julia Daniels of Ohio, Steve Tompa of Cedar Grove and Helen Phalen of Indiana.
