He is survived by: his wife Leagenia Mullins; his sons, Thomas Scott Mullins (Mary) of Iaeger and Jason Mullins (Amy) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Alexus Westfall (Cory) of Princeton, Devon Mullins (Lakin) of Coalwood and Colton Mullins of Hanover; his sister Joy Stafford (Mike) of Avondale; his nieces and nephews, Angela Stress, Reagan Setser (Adam), Brooklyn Matney, Jerry and Preston Mullins; and his great-nieces, Peyton Stress and Scarlett Matney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
