It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen James Lewis (Hanover, West Virginia), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Graham Lewis; and his uncle Gary Selfe Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lewis; his children, Jacquelyn Selfe Lewis, Severna Park, Ellie Jennifer Lewis, Samuel James Lewis and Guardian Angel; his sisters, Elizabeth Lewis-Kendall (Mac) of Durham, N. C., Deborah Lewis of Hanover, N. H. and Minneapolis; and his nieces and nephews, Lewis Kendall, Kitty Kendall, Alex Kopplekam, Sarah Kopplekam, Jessie Bulson, Lewis Bulson, Eva Bulson and Uncle Steve.
