He is survived by: his wife Victoria Sue Browning (Smoot) of Hanover, WV; his children, Trina, Clinton and Jamie Browning; and his sisters, Teresa "Sis" Evelyn Garrett of Mt. Hope, WV and Jean Carol Varney (Larry) of Pie, WV.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
