Cline and Jacquetta Cline (Estepp); his children, Monique Faith Cline May and Freddie Jay Cline II; his grandsons, Roger Todd Hatfield and Gregory Neil "Whitey" May; his son-in-law Douglas Eddie Chapman; his siblings-in-law, Melvin Fred Browning and Brenda Gent; and his niece Angela Hope Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cline; his daughters, Cynthia Ann Cline and Svetlana "Sam" Chapman; his grandchildren, Amanda Hatfield, Josh Chapman, Sarah Chapman and Tristian Layne (Kyle); his siblings, Pricilla Browning and Randy Cline (Sherry); his nephew Brandon Cline; his nieces, Jacquetta Sheppard (Mike) and Natasha Mounts (Luther); and his brothers, Jimmy Tiller and David Endicott. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
