She was predeceased by: her parents, Deddy Kelly and Edna Daniels Kelly; her daughter Carol Sue Rife; her granddaughter Tasha Copley; her former husband Otto Rife; and her siblings, Lawrence, Leslie, Robert, Harless, Danny Kelly and Betty Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Caldwell of Albuquerque, NM, Bonnie England (David) of Iaeger, Teresa Hicks (Randall) of Pineville, Tammy Carter (Jerry) of Premier, Leonard Paul "Bud" Rife of Hanover and Brian "Keith" Rife of Hanover; her siblings, Jerry Kelly (Donna) of Toccoa, GA, Darrell Kelly (Janice) of Clarksville, GA, Dennis Kelly (Vanessa) of Slate Creek, VA, Donald Kelly (Kathy) of Pilgrims Knob, VA, Pauline Redmond of Richlands, VA, Shirley Horn, Cox of Jewell Ridge, VA, Carmie Mullins of Pilgrim Knobs, VA, Mary Davis of Abingdon, VA and Patty Kelly of Abingdon, VA; and her close friend Christina Browning. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
