She was predeceased by: her parents, Delnora Blankenship (Tic) and Nancy Mae Blankenship; her husband Terry Cline; her sisters, Tammy Sue Blankenship, Francis Ann Hatfield and Kathy Lynn Blankenship; and her nephew Danny Ray Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, John Ray Belcher of Lenore, Michael Cline of Hanover and Amy Lea Paynter (Michael) of Monroe County; her granddaughters, Dorles Raelynn Belcher of Lenore, Kendra of Monroe County and Sabrina Paynter of Monroe County; her brothers, Ronnie Blankenship (Evelyn) of Maryland, Billy (Whitie) of Horsepen and Ezra Blankenship (Booney) of Horsepen; and her close friends, Brenda of Oceana and Sandy Kennedy of Oceana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
