She is survived by: her husband Matthew Phillips; her children, Rosalynn Elkins (Adam), James Phillips (Irene) and Johnathan Phillips; her siblings, Brenda Dingess (Mont), Delila Dyer (Raymond) and Vester Jr. Walsh (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Matt Phillips and Casi Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
