She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Darrell Carper and Barbara Sue Stanley Carper; her husband Rodney Richmond; her close friend Jeffrey Adkins; and her siblings, Diana Kay Carper, Patty Jean Carper, Dixie Carper Frye, Billy Darrell Carper and Billy Dean Carper.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ricky Carper (Kathy), Freddy Carper (Cynthia), Randy Carper, Lillie Adkins (Michael), Kim Moyer (Moe) and Tammy Vinson (Joe); her nephew Heyden Skeens; and her close friend Jarrell Adkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
