He was predeceased by: his father Woody Allen Merritte (Sinda Rebecca Merritte); and his grandparents, Jim and Leona "Oney" Porter. He is survived by: his mother Sinda; his brothers, Zachary Merritte and Michael Sias; his grandparents, Woodrow and Linda Merritte; and his friend Nate. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
