She was predeceased by: her daughter Anita Joy Hall; her parents, Ira Sr. Handley and Arguerite Handley (White); her parents-in-law, Eurskel and Juanita Hall (Browning); and her daughter-in-law Deborah Ruth Hall (Adkins).
She is survived by: her husband Richard Douglas Hall; her children, Kent Douglas Hall, Kimberly Dawnette Smith (Mark) and Kerri Denise Smith (Chris); her grandchildren, Jessica Dawn Beirne (Billy), Kyle Mark Smith, Cory Douglas Hall and Clay Bryant Smith; her great grandchildren, Ethan Ray Beirne and Elijah Connor Beirne; her brothers, Ira Handley (Judy) and David Handley (Phyllis); and her aunts, Geraldine Salmons of Elizabeth, WV and Pauline Sunderland of Morgantown, WV.
