He was predeceased by: his father Harold Smith; his niece Kristen Prichard; his sister-in-law Debbie Hall; and his mother-in-law Jacqueline Hall. He is survived by: his mother Callie Napier Smith; his wife Kimberly Hall Smith; his children, Jessica Beirne (Billy) and Kyle Mark Smith; his siblings, Sherri Webber (Mark) and Stuart Clinton Smith (Debbie); his grandsons, Ethan and Elijah Beirne; his father-in-law Richard Hall; his siblings-in-law, Kent Hall and Kerri Smith (Chris); his nephews, Cory Hall, Clay Smith, William Smith, Christopher Webber (Allison) and Joshua Webber (Taylor Hodges); his niece Sara Everheart (Jon); and his great-nieces, Luna Barriteau and Cecilia Webber. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
