He is survived by: his brother Estel Ray "Bucky" Perry of Maysville, KY; his stepparents, David Neace and Deborah Perry; his half-sisters, Stella Lambert, Janet George, Joyce Ann Perry and Lois Perry; his nephew Jackie Dwayne Perry; and his niece Deborah Denise Perry.
