He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bishop and Paulina Bishop; and his son Tommy Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Bishop; and his children, Sallie Johnson (Paul), Melinda Bishop (James Shipman), Andrea Akers (Brandon Bell), Barbara Dingess (Ronnie), Rhonda Osborne (Gary) and William Bishop. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
