It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mullins Elkins of Hamlin, West Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Mullins and Ruby Mullins; her husband Carl M. Elkins; and her siblings, Clell Mullins, Lowell Mullins and Juanita Heatherly.
She is survived by: her son Gregory A. Elkins (Joanna); and her granddaughters, Jessica Balestra (Brad) of Wheeling, WV and Rachel Elkins of Myrtle Beach, SC..
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Hamlin United Methodist Church Building Fund.
