She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Helmick and Sharlene Carr Helmick; her son William Joseph "Billy" Knotts; her brother Robert "Bob" Helmick; and her siblings-in-law, Ken Stukey, Forrest Lipscomb, Joe Richards, Jerry Wilson and Gail Helmick.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Jean Knotts Bonner (Carl) of Dry Fork and Burl Mason, Jr. of Hambleton; her grandchildren, Autumn, Jeff, Jennifer, Cameron and Paige; her great grandchildren, Trevan, Adalea, Everley, Annisten, Ty, Parker, Tyler and Jonathan; her siblings, Joyce Wilson, Patty Stukey, Brenda "Babe" Lipscomb, Janice Richards, Janet Goldman (Mark), Walter (Helmick) and Mike Helmick (Carol); and her caregiver Tammy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
