He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Samuel Doyle Lipscomb; his wife Phyllis Elaine Griffith; his siblings, Samuel Doyle Lipscomb of Morgantown, John Fitzgerald Lipscomb (Cindy) of Location and Pamela Ann Glotfelty (Rich Ashby) of Oakland, MD; his stepchildren, Jeffery Lynn Griffith (Kim) of Wheeling, Christopher Scott Earnest of Tygarts Valley and Pamela Diane Kerr (William "Buck"); and his grandchildren, Holli, Aaron, Nathaniel, Mason, Gabrielle, Charli, Donald and Layna. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home - Parsons (312 Main St, Parsons, WV 26287). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
