He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Clark Smith and Mary Jane Watring Smith. He is survived by: his children, Carissa Adair Fecsko (Zack) of Morgantown, Trent Alexander Smith of Tallahassee and Avery Blake Smith of Hambleton; his brother Jason Lee Smith (Lisa) of Leadmine; his grandchildren, Asa Fecsko and Zailee Fecsko; and his brothers-in-law, Neal Streets (Cindy) and Allen Streets (Beth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
