He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Loughry and Thomas Loughry; his sister Annabelle; his parents-in-law, Mary Hovatter and Scott Hovatter; and his nephew Scotty Hovatter.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hovatter Loughry; his children, Kim Hamrick (Travis), Lisa Loughry and Allen Loughry II (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kayla Fedonick (Chris), Samantha Peters (Eli), Stephanie Betler, Scotty Elwood (Liz) and Justus Loughry; his great grandchild Lena Fedonick; and his sisters, Grace Stevens and Wanda Fike.
Allen was a lover of animals and the outdoors, so the family asks that any donations made in Allen's honor go towards a local animal shelter.
