She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cogar and Maxine Cogar (Bickel); and her husband James "Jim" Minniti. She is survived by: her children, Terry Harper of Hacker Valley, WV and Kim Harper of Prarieville, Louisiana; her stepdaughter Paula Heflin of Haywood, WV; her granddaughters, Kaylee (Zachary Channell) of Lost Creek, WV and Melony (Nicholas Gezymalla); her great grandchild A. J. Gezymalla of Fort Campbell, KY; and her siblings, Allen (Pauline Cogar) of Newville, WV, Timothy (Marcia Cogar) of Rock Cave and Donna (Don Boggs) of Hacker Valley, WV.
